Whilst nothing new and groundbreaking here, what is interesting is how little actual effect all these new “shocking” revelations actually have on the population.
If the idea was for a long and slow roast of intelligence organisations and governments by activist journalists they’ve sadly - once again - overplayed their hand. Old Slovenian proverb says “you shape the metal when its hot” - something that is useful to keep in mind in modern day and age where attention spans are shorter than the already short outrage spans.
